Fees Rules

Fee & Withdrawal Policy

  1. No fee deductions will be made for vacations or short attendance periods.

  2. Fee must be paid between the 1st and the last day of each fee-paying month: April, July, October, and January. A late fine of ₹100/- will be charged if the fee is not paid within this period.

  3. If fees remain unpaid for three consecutive months, the student’s name will be removed from the school rolls, and they will not be permitted to appear for examinations.

    • Re-admission, if allowed, will require payment of a fresh admission fee.

  4. To withdraw a student, one month’s written notice is required or one month’s fee must be paid in lieu of notice.

  5. A fine of ₹100/- will be charged for loss of this book (e.g., fee card or rulebook).

  6. The entire annual fee may be paid in April with a 5% discount on the total amount.
